Welcome to Paddigill Farm Holidays

Our modern and stylish lodges are set on our family hill farm in the north of the Lake District. The two lodges sit in a glorious position in open farmland with panoramic views of the Northern Fells and down the Caldbeck valley to the Pennines 20 miles to the east.

The lodges offer accommodation for up to four adults. Calva Lodge provides one double bedroom with ensuite and one twin room, while Carrock Lodge has one double room with ensuite and one double. In each lodge, a wood burning stove keeps the spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area cosy in the colder weather. In the warmer weather you can enjoy the sweeping views from the timber deck.

The attractive village of Caldbeck is a five minute drive or a 35 minute riverside walk away. It’s a busy community with a well-stocked village shop, post office, petrol pump, tearooms, restaurant and pub. A mile further on there’s the delightful village of Hesket Newmarket with its well-known pub, the Old Crown serving real ales and delicious food. The towns of Cockermouth, Keswick and Penrith are a 25 minute drive away.
